Welcome to the temporary Sanoca Rural Fire District website. We hope you find our site interesting, and learn more about what we do. We continually strive to be a progressive department, using innovative technology when available, with priority to life safety and property conservation.
We are located in the Town of Saratoga, Wilson County, North Carolina, halfway between Raleigh and Greenvile along US 264 Hwy.
Our department is staffed by 26 highly trained and motivated volunteers with 5 fire apparatus, operating out of a single station

What We Do
Our department provides an array of services to the community. We respond to:

- Grass/Forest Fires
- Emergency Medical Calls
- Vehicle Accidents
- Severe Weather/Storm Surveys

- Hazardous Materials
- Pre-Incident Surveys
We continually self-audit our services to ensure prompt, efficient responses during emergencies. Our department takes great pride in providing the best we can with our resources, and rapid response times.
